This video will demonstrate how you can get the “one man army achievement” with minimal hassle and relative ease.  Simply do exactly as the video instructs you to, and you will unlock the achievement.  Keep in mind that you must do this technique before you gain access to all of Liberty City, as this video method relies on gaining an instant 6 star wanted level by crossing the bridge barricade before you are supposed to.

NOTE: Only the XBOX 360 version of GTA 4 has an achievement system at this point in time.
