Typing 486-555-0150 into the cellphone will give Niko the following weapons with full ammo:
The knife, handgun, shotgun, molotovs, micro machine gun, Ak-47, sniper rifle and the RPG.
Use the cheat several times to fill up ammo reserves for all weapons.
